When the snow falls in Seattle you have to take advantage of it. Especially when you're two. I'm much older than two and prefer hot chocolate inside. Thank goodness Grammy's a kid at heart and helped Chelsea build her first snowman. It was hard going, but the snowman finally went up. Chelsea loved it.
